I used to say: I don't have time to go to the gym

I used to: put 30 minutes on the elliptical and call it a workout
Now: I spend 2 hours running and weight training
The hardest part about going to the gym is getting yourself there. You can make excuses, but excuses don't get you results. It takes 21 days to make or break a habit. (Less than that once you start to love it) you owe it to yourself to be healthy!
